Body Conditioning: If you are new to the fitness world and would like to learn how to lift weights properly and get sculpted at the same time, Body Conditioning is for you! Lift weights at your pace, learn proper technique, and gain strength! Even if you are a seasoned veteran or a first timer, Body Conditioning will give you the workout you need!

Boot Camp:  Looking for an all-inclusive fitness program designed to maximize your fitness level in the shortest amount of time? You will expect to find a wide range of circuit training designed to eliminate plateaus and surpass your fitness goals! Come enjoy the challenge of our Boot Camp!

Body Fit: If you like our Body Conditioning class, high intensity interval training, and circuit-style workouts, come try Body Fit where you can get the best of all worlds! Designed for individuals who are looking for an introduction to higher intensity exercise, Body Fit combines the core concepts of body conditioning and HIIT workouts to offer a new and fun challenge! 

Silver Sneakers Circuit: Experience standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level, and you instructor can adapt the exercises depending on your skill.

Silver Sneakers Classic: Increase muscle strength and range of movement, and improve activities for daily living. You’ll have a chair for seated exercises and standing support. Your instructor can modify the exercises for your fitness level.

Women’s Strength:  Improve your strength, lose weight, and tone your body in our women’s strength training class. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or the advance athlete, resistance training is one of the best ways to tone up and lean out! See you there, ladies!

Zumba: Active adults want excitement, camaraderie and healthy activities as part of their weekly schedule. The Zumba program here at Deer Park Fitness Center gives you just that with exciting world rhythms and easy-to-follow moves at just the right pace. It also creates bonds and friendships that keep you coming back. Come to our facility and experience a new and exciting kind of cardiovascular exercise with our certified Zumba instructor Elizabeth Gillam

Pilates: If you are looking for a class that incorporates low impact, functional movements with improving your posture, core strength, and stability, PILATES is for you! This class is for all fitness levels, but you must be able to get on and off the floor, you will learn how to coordinate your breath with strengthening and lengthening the muscles of the body for improved posture, alignment, balance, core strength, and positive body awareness. Ask the front desk about pricing!

Beginning Senior Fitness: Beginning senior fitness is a class consisting of low impact, low intensity, cardiovascular strength and relaxation exercise. The class is recommended for clients who have little or no experience in regular senior exercise classes. Come join the fun and learn!
