Cupping

The practice of cupping has been recorded in healing practices for thousands of years, but has only been adopted in western medicine in the most recent decades and is growing in popularity for therapeutic uses.

Cupping is a form of myofascial decompression used by therapists to provide an unloading effect of multiple layers of tissue. Cupping increases blood flow and lymphatic fluid exchange and it naturally stimulates the body’s healing abilities to decrease recovery time.
