This class focuses on muscle conditioning, endurance, and resistance training in a fast paced circuit training Format.

Senior Group Exercise

Looking for a less intense, but full-body workout in the classroom or the comfort of your own home? Can accommodate chair based or standing exercises Join our senior group exercise class!

Silver Sneakers Stability

Get stronger and improve your balance through exercises that strengthen the ankle, knee and hip joints all in a fun and social setting.

Yoga/Mobility

Align, strengthen, and promote flexibility with easy to follow movements and instruction. This class focuses on moving the body safely through its full range of motion to increase control, stimulate blood flow, and encourage relaxation. This class is ideal for all skill levels.
