The Pool

The Pool is a full-sized recreational and therapeutic aquatic center unique to the greater Spokane area.

We are Deer Park’s only year-round aquatics facility. We offer aquatic therapy, private swim lessons, group aqua fitness classes, lane reservations, and member open swim class. Come check out The Pool, an essential part of Deer Park Physical Therapy.

Services At The Pool

  • Aquatic Therapy

    Water supports between 25% and 100% of total body weight. This alleviates joint stress and pain allowing patients to move more freely through their exercises and build muscle. The hydrostatic pressure of the water helps reduce swelling and stimulates blood flow. Our Aquatic Therapists focus on each patient’s needs in one-on-one therapy to maximize the benefits of the aquatic environment and help you realize your best quality of life.

  • Water Aerobics

    Our aquatic classes are fun, good for your whole body, and easy on your joints! Join others in these engaging classes to improve physical conditioning and heart health.

    (Tier 3 membership level required)

  • Private Swim Lessons

    One-on-one instruction is the best way to accelerate your progress and skills. Learn, improve, progress. Lessons are available to anyone 8 months and up. We provide 30 minute individual instruction.

  • Lane Reservations

    Lane Reservations are included in Tier 2-4 membership levels. Reserve a lane at the pool for 30 minutes for laps, aquatic exercise, joint decompression, and more!

  • Open Swim

    At the pool we provide various times for adults (ages 18+) to use the pool for open swim times. Must be a member of one of our tier options to utilize open swim.
