Services At The Pool

  • Aquatic Therapy

Water’s buoyancy reduces body-weight loading, helping ease joint stress and pain so you can move more comfortably and build strength. Hydrostatic pressure may also help reduce swelling and support circulation.

Our aquatic therapists provide individualized, one-on-one care tailored to your needs—helping you make the most of the aquatic environment and work toward your best quality of life.

  • Water Aerobics

Enjoy a fun, full-body workout that’s easy on your joints. Join our aquatic classes to improve conditioning and heart health.

(Included in Tier 3 or 4 membership.)

  • Private Swim Lessons

One-on-one swim instruction is the fastest way to build skills and confidence. Our 30-minute private lessons are available for ages 8 months and up.

  • Lane Reservations

Lane reservations are included with Tier 2–4 memberships. Reserve a pool lane for 30 minutes to swim laps, exercise, decompress your joints, and more.

  • Open Swim

The Pool offers open swim times for adults ages 18 and older. An active membership in any tier is required to participate.
